Well if you are heading to Florida you can try Olde Florida at $150K a year.

But generally New Jersey is far less expensive than courses in the midwest. I understand one could be a member at 5 courses in New Jersey for the same price as one course in Illinois, for example. It seems strange......land is much more expensive out here, yet golf memberships are rather inexpensive by comparison.

Whatever....I'm making out like a bandit compared to what would happen if I had to join Bob-O-Link or any other course away from here. It's astounding the fees I've been made aware of.

People out in the MidWest think $50K to join a club is normal. I'm flabbergasted. That's a lot of money out here. It's amazing how things can change from region to region.

My brother was telling me Chicago was paying 2.60 for gas. You know, I love Chicago but paying those bucks to play golf and fill the car with gas is pretty discouraging.
