VinWood:

I use Dain Rauscher, a full service outfit, and a broker I've worked with for over 3 years who's been at this game over 20 years and understands how this stuff all works. DR has handled the whole thing fine, including E-Mail notification of the symbol change on my COMS options. Plus they have a trader on the CBOE floor who has gotten excellent prices on all my COMS option trades over the last five months.

The downside of course is higher commissions, but since I'm not a frequent "trader", it doesn't bother me that much. And as my broker says, if I don't think I'm getting value for what I pay in commissions, it's time to go somewhere else.

I've been using Accutrade for over 4 years at present and they've always done a fine job in every area. Costs me 29.00 a pop but you definitely get the service. Have never had a problem.
