RE: Get a grip and do some research

Wooooooooo, did I make you mad? Sorry.

Research shows, that the 11% was on an "AnandTechCPU.dem Demo" Yeah, that's a "benchmark" alright. Nice try at "selective benchmarking"

Quake3 shows something a bit different.
anandtech.com
The Thunderbird manages to pull ahead of the regular Athlon by a little bit once again, under Quake III Arena the improvement is approximately 4%.

So does Expendable TimeDemo:
anandtech.com
Classic Athlon = 99.5
Thunderbird = 101.6 (+2.1%)

Or This:
anandtech.com
Expendable once again shows that the low latency L2 Cache of the Thunderbird makes very little difference compared to the original Athlon in certain situations.

So you see, ANYBODY can point to selective benchmarks, and say.. It Looks Weak To Me, If your vision is biased. So, maybe it might be a little more prudent, if you didn't run around quite so much claiming to...... LYAO

Thanks for proving my point.

:-)
