ERP and CRM are permanently joined together. Everyone with ERP should implement CRM. In CRM I hold ONXS, PSFT, EPIC, GPSI (Seibel reseller). BI is very closely linked to ERP & CRM. It leverages those investments and is needed for continuous improvement of processes. In BI I hold HYSL, COGN, BRIO, HUMC, SGNT. IMO, KM & DM are building blocks for EIP. Just add some BI. I love this category! IN EIP I hold HUMC and OTEX and ONXS(strong CRM based EIP). PSFT also getting into EIP. I hate the term e-commerce because everyone uses it differently and it is too vague. Collaborative commerce is a must for future success in ERP/CRM. Wow! That was an excercise in achronisms!
