Zeev,

It takes about 3 or 4 treatments during the first year and another 2 or 3 treatments during the 2nd year to treat the condition for each of the 500,000 new patients diagnosed with the condition annually.

Note that 500,000 is the worldwide figure (or at least the developed portion of the world where such a medical diagnosis would be available).

The number is growing due to the boomers - increased number of people over age 50.

No stats are yet available (to the public at least) regarding treatment frequency, if any, after the 2nd year.

Good conference call except for the parts where answers were deferred to an upcoming analyst's meeting - 2 weeks from now. I suspect the stock price might do very good things in the interim in anticipation of the juicy guidance that may be on the way.
