Message from Management: August 3, 2000 Save The World Air Inc.

Save The World Air Inc. with OTCBB ticker symbol ZERO has been suspended from trading by the SEC.

The Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) has suspended Save The World Air Inc from trading on the OTCBB.

The documents asked for by the SEC are currently being analyzed and a press release will follow shortly thereafter completion. Until the SEC investigation is complete STWA can not comment on the situation.

Save The World Air Inc. Management would like to take the opportunity to thank concerned members of the internet community and shareholders in the company for the encouraging emails we have received over the past 12 days.

Sometimes what looks like a negative can turn out to be a positive.

We are looking forward to recommence trading soon.
