Z,

Agree that non fundamental factors can and do affect biotechs as well as the rest of the market.

Hopefully, Clinton/Blair will think first, speak much later if at all.

History indicates that the next 30 months should be very good for QLT's price, all else equal. This is the period surrounding 1st Q of profitability during which emerging biotechs produce their most attractive returns to shareholders.

And having patiently waited this long, I'm not going to let some idle rumours, or brain dead analyst cheat me out of my reward.

Best regards,
Ian.

With todays wonderful 10% gain I am out of the additional 50% addition to QLT holdings 2 weeks ago for a 40+% profit. Don't know if I will buy it again but will hold the core position for a long time I think. Also out of some options I bot b4 it tanked for a 100% gain. Not bad for 2 weeks. If presented with another buying opportunity in the next two weeks b4 the analyst meeting I will have to succumb and buy it again.

Long term I think we will go up from here to new heights. Good luck to all who have been so patient.
