The Internet is booming in Brazil(one of fastest growth in world), but the way to profit from this is thru Brazil telcos. They will make money regardless of ISP competition, and above all, they collect fees "by the minute"(Worldcom has found that out). So, as people gradually increase their Internet use upon catching the "net bug", the telcos will benefit the most, IMHO.
