You know I liked Deuce Bigalow Male Gigolo EVEN better than something about Mary. Bizarre as it sounds I thought that movie had a VERY nice message. After all he ends up in love with a one legged girl- and his rousing defense of women, and what they want (to be loved and appreciated- no sex involved) was truly remarkable in a mainstream movie aimed at (I assume) teenagers.

I agree with Local Hero .... especially, if we're talking soundtracks. When I joined the military and was going through basic training, there was many a night that the Local Hero soundtrack allowed me to relax and fall asleep!!

Another movie I greatly enjoyed was Braveheart.
