I am back from a week vacation and did not have access to the internet, so I called the WSP office after hours expecting to get a recording, to my surprise Randy answered the phone and we had a good discussion. I got the feeling that he is working real hard to get us the best value in the current market conditions. Old news now, but he did indicate that they are finding kimberlite everywhere they drill and rumors are flying on a WK.

.Trev - I realize that you're not talking to me but here goes. You should brush up on your history a bit. South Africa actually modelled apartheid on Canada's treatment of the natives. They sent rep's over to check out our system at the time and liked what they saw so they implemented it back home. Part of Canada's plan was to separate the young natives from their parents and school them away from home so that they could be "assimilated". You don't think that native parents voluntarily sent their kids to live at the catholic schools do you? Check out the Indian Act of 1876. We were "civilizing savages" and attempting a kind of cultural genocide. They could not control their lands, their education or their local government. Hell, they couldn't even vote until 1960. I agree with you on your take on DBRSY but it is false to make it look as if our natives had it so good compared to those in South Africa. I'd say the treatment both received was fairly equal.
