I was also considering yesterday how we always make out our alliance with Stalin to be 'no big deal,' and everyone takes it without question that Germany was the greater evil. In the 1920s and 30s we had reporters corresponding from the Soviet Union and sending back outright lies to the US, just so it would fit their agenda of a 'worldwide workers paradise.' In any event I'll give the Germans one thing. They were the only nation with enough moxie to take on the Communists face-to-face. At the same time in the USA our institutions were being infiltrated by the commies. ...Red Fog over America indeed. The winners write the history books, at least most of the time. In the USA today the losers are writing a lot of them, from what I can see. Andy
