Good news and bad news.

Excelon have sent out another newsletter to existing customers:

I have been a customer for about 5 years and for about the first 4 years the only communications I received from the company were annual bills for maintenance and support. Every marketing textbook I've ever looked at says that marketing to your existing customers is very important, so I guess better late than never.

On the other hand, you may notice if you try to look at any of the white papers etc. that the newsletter mentions, you need a password. Could somebody please explain to me why that is a good idea? Everybody else makes that kind of information publicly available.

As I've said before, this company should license its stealth technology to US DOD. While Eastern European hackers have penetrated the Pentagon, I never heard a report of a prospective customer penetrating the veil of security surrounding Excelon Corp's online product information.
