Tony,

The 'droids are really having some bad days, with a new faster processor from Intel, the stock price tanking, and the company having to pay taxes(!). They come over here to vent.

So you get the denial reaction, there really are no 1.13GHz PIII's, or even if there are any they "don't work". I wonder if they realize how irrational they sound?

Dear Tony:

I could regurgitate the fractured FCPGA chips right back at you. The CPU in question ran at 8.5 x 100 FSB. The Durons ran at zero. You could at least do some forensic science on those. The accompaning article was full of inconsistencies, etc. It was easy to disprove that one. Tom's acted just like any overclocked beyond its stable limit CPU except that it was being run at its rated speed.
