I think your advice is solid. Tech is tough to buy right now.

M - Went all cash last Thursday when we broke the 40 as you probably know......This market should be good for trades here and there, but it's not a long market until an event happens to spur it back towards an uptrend imo.....lot's of great companies that will move hard up when the time is right, but the key now is to play safe and conserve cash and be ready.
