Uncle Frank: Yes, Geof Moore called Intel a gorilla, but what he never did was to make the case for why - he assumed that as best I could tell - perhaps correctly, but perhaps not. Based on the standards which seem to be used on this, your thread, the proof of Intel's gorilla status is what? Curious. What is Intel's IPR or what is it that Intel has to make it more than a King? You may be right. But... And in the large scheme of things, what is the point of this discussion? Are you planning to sell? I long since did - to buy Cisco. Pleased with the substitution in 1990. But my post was addressing the here and now, and I suggested don't sell now - whether Intel is a gorilla or king - unless you need the money or there is a better alternative - so what do you suggest? And all this was in the context of doing the best I could to argue for a long term buy and hold approach consistent with gorilla game principles. Do you disagree? Puzzled. Best. Cha2
