OT to ski, great find! I'd thought that the 220k were all his holdings. Big sigh! Only 25%, who gives a rip?

Sleeping easy, Rich

You bring up a good point with this...

>>provides WSTL with about $1.3 million cash which is well needed.

They both got so much money -- 9.1m!
That they can afford to let the company chew on the 1.56m (as I calculate it) from the options for cash, such martyrs. Note that the company chews on it at quite an alarming rate. Why? for only the reasons that the mgmt can identify. (After they sold)

You have identified why the selloff is so fierce. They do have a cash problem. Growth fund managers hate cash trouble, you won't get a growth multiple with negative cash flow.

Wait till next year I guess, since they did not identify when they would be cash flow positive at the CC. In fact, they were quite vague.

We should get to the oversold condition to buy on trade again, this month. Watch for it, I am sure Mr Auric will shut up around that time.
We are in day six of the selloff. Day 7 tomorrow.

Right Curtis?
