Actually, it makes a world of difference. I would like to see Intel's gate oxide reliability model and the stress data
that supports 1.8V. This is VERY aggressive for 20A gate oxide. I did not think they would push it this close to the edge. But, I guess competition requires both companies to let it all hang out.
