Richard, <don't post to me unless it's to retract your "scam" lies against Rambus. EOM> What is your problem here, Richard surckla? It is my opinion too that Rambus has patented something that never worked in reality, and is just lucky that some vague phrases in their awkward descriptions turn out to be collinear with JEDEC early ideas and their current industrial implementations. It is obvious from the patent descriptions that Rambus never meant what they claim now, and the long chain of twisted "continuations" and "abandoned applications" is a proof to me. Therefore I agree with Daniel's opinion that the current court tactics of Rambus is a scam. And a scam can be successful for a time, you know this. I also think you are trying to raise your voice against free speech here, which is fairly stupid on your part. I think you need to calm down and simply accept your losses from unlucky gambling with an unreliable stock. Opinions of a few men cannot change the poor reality of Rambus.
