Re your primary substance. The beauty of the Qualcomm / Ford vision is that it is a thin client - fat server approach. In that context, the speed and robustness of access over the connection between them - internet or intranet - is crucial. That was my context. And on timing, next year is when robust data interchange is practical in current spectrum using CDMA/HDR (1xEV). New spectrum and the delays thereto are irrelevant. Best.
