I find by far the easiest explanation to be he's just screwed something up and in true Intel basher fashion he whines that it's Intel's fault. His screwup. Simple as that.

I knew I shouldn't have just posted his letter. There is a three-page article that summarizes his experiences. I would strongly suggest you read it. There could still be a simple little error that doesn't have to do with the P3 being pushed beyond reasonable expectations for its design; however, we will see.
