It was not indicative of a disappointment in the company. As you know, it is useful to understand if paradigm shifts have occurred during the interval over which one performs technical analysis of the 'charts.' I believe this to be the case here. The push over $10 last December had a lot to do with call options, company progress at the time, and the overall state of the market. The push to the low 'teens this last April 'cleansed' this stock of any weak hands. Since then, we have confirmation of steady production, lack of production by any competition, signs that Valence may well be the first to sign a laptop PO for lithium-polymer cells (which provide a unique form factor as yet unseen by the marketplace), AND some new investors AGAIN in the mid- to upper-teens. (Granted that the product may not be visible for 4-6 months, but the 'money in the know' is what one must follow, not some phantom chart; viz the push over $20 recently; take note, Zeev!) And remember that in the last CC Lev spoke of having great interest in licensing the technology through some of their chemical suppliers, etc. Given the complete lack of progress from the 'competition' that has been blowing smoke for over two years, Lev and the folks at Valence ought not be counted out quite yet. And frankly, I seriously doubt the 'market' will count them out yet, either. Yeah, some shorts will try to whack it down on weak days while the fund managers are in the Hamptons. Big deal, those guys aren't the deep pockets here, anyway. Shorts only dig a deeper hole for themselves. I gave up stock at $14-15 last April that I'd love to begin reaccumulating. (I'm ready, boys, bring it on! Took a few 'k' away from you yesterday, and I'm hungry for more! Bring it to me! Yeah!) Summary: Zeev, throw your charts out the window. Paradigm shifts have occurred, there are a few new sheriffs in town, and I seriously doubt I'll be able to reacquire what I sold at $14-15 for equivalent prices. IMHO. (Don't I wish, though! sigh.... Still, VLNC 'been very good to me...') PS You ought to investigate the wireless broadband area. You're a smart guy, you'll figure it out pretty quickly. Bon chance.
