Elroy, I agree with all your points, but I believe they should defend better the 200 DMA. I think most were not around 2 years ago. I look and see the 200DMA has been at 40 for 12 to 14 months now. This IMO is the average cost of the majority of holders. Remember we have more holders now that we are S&P smallcap 600.

If the market can hold the 200DMA, AWRE should be able to as well.

Would commenting on short sale interest be a direct comment on stock price, or just addressing a technical issue in the stock market itself like float, lock ups, splits etc.??

It does address float right? More shares being traded than issued?? Selling borrowed shares can create a dilution and the stockholder should be notified by the company of this and not have to look it up in the journal or go to a website. Therefore make it public just for the record. Discuss that the stock price.... may... have less volatility without it. Expose the short sellers. Make them feel naked.

Simple PR. Nothing more, nothing less. No harm. No legal exposure. Simple..........
