Low of the day on days it did not trade is the bid. Does not look strange to me. The strange thing is that it isn't going down - I'd expect that there are issued further shares for services since Mar 31. Does look as if there are always buyers when those shares are presented. Coop with a broker seems likely. New 10Q due in 15 days.
