Scumbria, I venture to guess I've been in the business longer than you and seldom do I see someone as biased as you are. You have concluded, based on conjecture, that the part is bad. No doubt Dell and IBM have run parts thru their compatability labs for weeks and they are selling systems, yet Tom screws something up and you fall all over yourself to support him. You have no data, only the rantings of a fellow Intel hater. I have participated many times in the analysis of customer returned material. The vast majority of cases are customer error. Furthermore, it is amusing to see the act they put on to try and cover their blunders. Too much pride to admit they screwed up. When I see someone acting like Tom is I have to wonder what it is he's trying to coverup. When I see someone act like you do I have to wonder the same thing.
