TWY, I seem to recall the same intelllers calling tom names after his rambus expose. He was called a liar etc etc. And then a few weeks ago Intels own websites showed what a crock rambus was. This guy is credible and has a following. The fact that 2 reviewers ran into problems is clearly problematic and should not be dismissed. regards, Kash

Tom may be right on this, but he has mishandled his reporting of it. <I think Tom is "technically" competent. That's FAR more important to me. I can usually detect bias and will try to discount its effect. But if I can't, it's probably because I'm biased as well. How about you?? > I think Tom is "technically" competent, also. Don't you think the engineers at Intel are competent? And if so, is it not possible for competent people to make mistakes on occasion? Well your bias is showing when you call Tom competent and not mistaken and Intel competent but mistaken. And YES, I am biased towards Intel. Cheers. SK
