JT:
The index and stock signals are all using STOCH-RSI; the signals are explained here: users.chartertn.net

On users.chartertn.net (BTW Microsoft Explorer works better than Netscape) look at the bottom of the page and click the Momentum tab. As you can see under the Short-term NAZ section, all the indicators did not stay green after 7/28/00. The calculations and strategy were derived from MarketGauge, which used to be a free service: marketgauge.com marketgauge.com . In the past two years, these indicators have ALL stayed green a maximum of 2 consecutive days.

Leo and JT,

I mostly lurk on the thread, but also trade the QQQ exclusively. I believe we will retest the 86ish bottom one last time (my short term 60 min stochastics is still continuing a downswing which will probably bottom today). I would agree regarding the longer term (daily) stochastics being oversold and waiting to rebound. I'm looking to go long the QQQ this afternoon around 2:30.

J.T.,
Semi/Klic warned and retailer the Gap warned both after hours. Both down ah.

Does not bode well for a market that is teetering.
