Rob,

Well, I guess we're in for a bad time. Unless SONE starts losing its two legal battles, it seems like all the other bad news that could possibly be priced in, is priced in. At some point, this would become an attractive takoever candidate. Though if/when that happens, we may not be happy with the price compared to our cost basis.

Anyway, I bought back my calls with SONE around 18, with the idea of rewriting on a dead cat bounce. All we got was a gasp at 19 before the slide resumed yesterday and this morning, so no go on part II.

How do we value this puppy when profitability keeps getting pushed back? I'm thinking the class action suits might succeed, and that I'll be happy about it.

Cheers, Tuck
