Of course there is(like have Itanium out ASAP) and that is why Intel is doing the right thing, forget about this Tom Pabst guy but that seems to make Tom not so happy :-). Thinking of it, he behaves like my girl friend :-)

You misunderstand. I didn't say Tom was wrong, I didn't say he was right. What I am saying is, Tom has 2 choices:

A: He can help intel by sending the part back for failure analysis. Which of course, he is not required to do.

B: He can refuse to help, continue to criticize intel, and appear to be a selfish, self-centered, biased, whining complainer.

It's pretty clear, what he's decided to do. I don't have a problem with Tom's message, I have a problem with his response.
