"Tobin ain’t do too bad. He received $70,000 down payment from Momentum Asia in September 1998, $153,000 salary and housing allowance from ZSUN in 1998 and 1999. He sold 100,000 shares around $6. He gave back 725,000 shares. He is still holding 175,000 shares. Momentum Internet has continuously lost big money. If I were him, I would be very satisfied. " Did I read something wrong? The 10sb version 7 said Tobin/Vulcan Consultants owned 1,000,000 shares as of December 31, 1999. Tobin filed statement 144 on June 14 to sell 100,000 shares. If he is giving back 725,000 shares, he should own 175,000 shares now? If he does not, where is the last 175,000 shares? I do not think an insider can sell the original restricted shares without filing statement 144."
