I think REAGAN and CLINTON were lucky in that they hit the BIZ cycle at the right time. CARTER hit it at the wrong time, and we all know how long he lasted. I dont know how BUSH fits in though. gggg

You and I know that but many J6P dont know that. They even go to the extent of defending them at times when they are dead wrong.
