All too true, James.
Flipping back a bit, did you notice that (and I can't remember where I saw it, or possible it was on the conf call) that the only contact between DB and WSP was through the lawyers? Even though it seemed like friendly contact, I was expecting to hear that RT allowed them access to the data room - seems not to be the case. So DB is still guaging this thing on information made public to date. Granted, they are experts, and obviously see the potential or they wouldn't be making a bid, and obviously its a safe bid meaning much more value exists. They may wait to see more data made public, then recrunch the numbers and re-bid. no?
