Yes they did...I also think the effect of margin players losing their leverage with the drop below $5 had a significant effect...

In any case it looks like the bottom is in!

Seems to me the Nasdaq peaked at 11 am. Second attempt to bust through 3750 at 11:30 failed. Most stocks except for a few token IPOS are reflecting this move and have leveled out. I don't know if this afternoon will provide enough juice to get COMPX past 3750, so I would be mindful of this area. I'm still shorting and it's working out just fine. Careful out there, volume is declining and August has only just begun.
