Thanks. One of things people have to recognize here is that the cost of any SEC-imposed delays is much higher for an incubator like MRVC than for a pure operating company. An incubator's market cap is derived from perceptions about its ability to cash in on the IPO market. If the SEC starts to rein you in for any reason, it's game over. I personally hope that MRVC management walks around in public during the quiet period with tape over their mouths. Even though it means my shares may not go up in the next few weeks like I want them to. MAD DOG
