Wouldn't revising the S1 delay the whole process? This was excellent info on the quiet period - especially the 3 parts of it. I was not aware of that. With all these IPOs coming, MRVC is going to be in an almost continuous quiet period in one or more areas over the next two+ years. This of course allows bashers plenty of room to spread their disinformation periodically, and so I would expect our volatility to be sky high all during that time. There will be other periods like this (both up and down) coming. If you have done your DD, and keep it current, then you can profit immensely here. We all need to recognize this - a trader's dream. BTW, I expect that everyone here read the multiple posts on the Yahoo! thread last night on bashers and their techniques? Excellent posts to read if you have not.
