yeah.. I get a kick out of hearing those guys on CNBC mock analysts when they downgrade a stock at the bottom of the charts... CNBC always says something like "the analyst didn't see anything wrong here at its highs, or even here in the middle, but they do see something here at this low... I wonder what it is" (dripping in sarcasm of course). i think it would be a great law to make anyone who makes $$ from any kind of securities advice to always disclose their position and recent trades... this includes analysts and any of these 'pay for' 'stocks ideas' services.
