We have three arms of government, Judicial, Executive and Legislative. They all have powers that hopefully are balanced for the good of the country and people. Clinton and Gore have misused their power by invoking Executive privilege when Congress is out of session, etc.. They have not respected the Constitution and its effort for balance. They appointed on a temporary basis, the Lan Lee guy, who was a part of the group they were involved with in the late 60's, early 70's. They knew he could never be ratified by the Congress so went around them as they have done on so many occasions. Also, speaking of the 60's; I have serious doubts if Clinton would even be living in America today if he could not have evaded the draft. He was evaluating different countries, even visited Russia, to consider his choices rather than serve his country in the military. Great guy!
