Hi Mrs. Nose, Do you know what this means (in laymans terms, please)? It's a wee bit greek to me. I expected DB to 'test' the waters and our resolve and see what happens if some shares drop onto the market fast and thats what I was chalking it up to - but this, heck, I'm not even sure what it is or means.
