That's fine, it's simply that some here are reading Cramer's policy with his TSCM shares as some sort of extraordinary defensive measure that proves that he's cowering in fear of short sellers. As far as we know (and I have no reason to believe otherwise) the shares Cramer holds have been in a cash account since the IPO day, and I see no reason why it should be otherwise.
