As long as they're densely clustered in San Jose, Palo Alto and Santa Clara county, I'll be happy.....

Brownouts are bullish, BTW. They keep all the server farmers on their toes!!!<g>

John - On the news this morning they said because of the growing population CA needs two new generating plants each year while none have been built in the past decade. I live near windmill country in the mountains south of Bakersfield and recently noticed a few giant mills that came on line. I doubt they'll do the trick, though. :-)
