Who are "the central bankers"...? Who decides the policy of the "Central Banks"...? Individuals with significant influence...? Captains of Industry...I would think that since Petroleum is the basis of powering our energy hungry world, those people would have much influence with 'Central Bankers"... If the Manhattan Project was a topic of discussion, or more, at the Bohemia Grove...I can hardly call it 'informal', just my opinion- I'm really looking forward to Dick Cheney's speech tonight.
