ONXX volume after July 19 (date 2 Mil shares filed to sell) and b4 the Aug 1 news are (rounded in thousands) 40 + 44 + 58 + 17 + 54 + 75 + 60 + 144 (NYT editors/CNBC anchors and friends bot on July 31 :). ~= 496 K. Divide that by 2 (since NAZ count both buy & sell shares) --> 0.25 mil shares are sold/bot. And since ONXX was traded @ 10s and 11s, actually those are shares accumulated.
