Probably the last bid/offer from an "after hours" trading site like Island. As far as I know it doesn't mean anything at all.

DFC, "the military rifles are real" but the mention in today's CC was an Alliant-Valence battery for the Navy.
My guess it is for miniature subs to surround Iran and Iraq.
