I told someone Friday that CREE was going to go to 85. It's right at it's trend line from the April/May Bottoms. If it breaks that, it will go to 85. I consider CREE the poster boy for broken stocks. On the plus side, CREE saw very large vol. could of been a blow of to the downside.

Today I say this. CREE did in fact break the trend line and is headed to 85 that would be the April low, a break of that and 60 would be next. Triple bottoms are never good. The thinking goes like the following. If it couldn't make it two times off a bottom, why would it make it off three bottoms? For CREE, at best a much needed base will start to form at 85. CREE is a good stock to watch, much can be learn from a stock like CREE.
