Can you believe that AFSI, is worth more than ZSUN?

AFSI's ludicrous market cap: 10,800,000*$10.43=$112,640,000.
ZSUN's market cap: 32,025,170*$3.125=$100,078,656.25.

Now MII is gone. OIA's revenue share in ZSUN is jump to 93%. ZSUN is getting closer to become Wade Cook II.

Sorry, I have kept my opinion to myself, as it is impolite to speak ill of the dead.

Tobin was, IMO, never really a player in this theater of the absurd and he has done very well. I do wonder if there is any cash in the company when he gets it back and what compensation he may be due when his employment finishes. I find it hard to believe anyone would want what he is getting without some cash to support all the non-performers. Unless he has deep pockets it will fall over the first month and he is handing back shares with a value of $2m+.

From Ziasuns point of view it should be seen as a winner as the now "less sexy" web businesses are on the way out. As swiftrade is included I assume there may be some contact remaining as they are useful to the remaining Ziasun. The big question is what cash is leaving with the deal? I assume a fair chunk or Tobin really needs help.

What now for Ziasun? OIA hopefully keeps on doing what it has been and the real business in Asia continues and grows. I do expect the sales and printing operation to be taken out as soon as possible and leaving OIA, a name change to OIA and a reverse split to tidy things up. Little else makes sense as the OIA operation really is the company and if it were to go the Philippine set up would be an interesting company.

But what do I know!
