Daytraders are allowed to watch CNBC as do position traders and even the odd long term investor but do not for a minute think that CNBC is there just to provide you with minute by minute stocks tips when in fact it is there to provide ENTERTAINMENT for all those viewing it and if it pandered soul lee to daytraders it would be a pretty narrow mindeded extremely useless boring channel.

Dear Ally,

If you are watching CNBC to make profitble trades, you should realize that it is entertainment. You sound like a spinster who complains that Ronald McDonald bounds around the restaurant when you are strictly there for the fine food and dining atmosphere...

CNBC is a joke. To publicly state it is a tool to make trades from is laughable! Next up, George W. Bush formulating foreign policy decisions next year after watching "The View" on ABC...
