Dave, the problem with the voice recorder business is that it is not large enough to support EDIG's inflated market capitalization.

It does appear that this is the bread-and-butter of their business, and that they are making nice progress with the voice recorder business. I am sure that it will be a success for them. But success as a business does not mean that the stock price will head up from here.

It just doesn't justify the current stock price, and never will. You know as well as I that all the hoopla here - and the reason for the stock price - is speculation about the potential for the music player, and beyond that, some very iffy speculation about their flash-memory management software.

Dave, how do you square the fact that (your words) the music player business is not their primary focus - with the fact that it IS the primary focus of the investment community?

If you were one of the EDIG longs who believed that the music player or the flash-memory software has the greatet potential for EDIG, wouldn't you feel that the company was executing badly by focusing instead on the voice-player market?

Do you have any projections as to where the voice-recorder business can take EDIG? Can you in any way justify the current stock price based on that business?

Am I anti Woody Norris? No. I've read about him many times in the local paper. I think he's a charming character. I like such characters - one of my best friends back in Michigan is a similar character with at least as many patents as Woody. Almost all quite innovative and unique. Unfortunately, such personalities are rarely able to execute well on their visions and turn them into profits. And that's the case with Woody. I don't dislike the guy - I am just reading from the record. And his record is one of spending shareholder money on his inventions and ultimately returning nothing to them in the form of stock price appreciation. I think the charts of the Norris companies that were posted by someone else the other day should speak for themselves.

>>>Everyone should keep one thing in mind, however, and that is regardless how well (or badly) e.Digital fares in this digital music business, it is not their primary focus, and never has been. It's a potentially large side business for MicroOS. The main thrust, while now on the back burner, is in the VOICE recording, VTT/TTV, voice recognition. Even the video side, still or motion, which also has vast potential, is a relatively recent endeavor. It's a fun stock to be in right now. No guarantees, but exciting, awesome potential.<<<

Nicely put, Dave.
