I do not believe that bad data from trials is leaking out. Genz and its satellites do not have a history of insider trades, as far as I know. However, I have watched even the much larger capitalized GENZ stock sinking fast, mostly in the pre-earnings time. While data leakage is a possibility, I believe the secondary offering is at fault, similar to my experience with with NPSP two month ago. The 'investors' buying the stocks may have hedged themselves to cash in the discount to the then current market and later dumb the stock. Who knows?
