I like the line up except McCain. He would be a better asset in the Senate with his renewed stature.

Secretary of Defense should go to Admiral Kenetzi whom I highlighted the other day. He just happens to be retiring in January 2001.

The military needs a leader who walks the talk with regard to "quality of life" issues.
