Regional Hospital in the southeast area to implement the technology.
This Hospital refills approximately 1,500 to 2,000 scripts per month
at an average cost of $9.00 per refill, by using the ScriptEZ system
the customer would be able to cut cost by as much as 60%."
This proposed acquisition of ScriptEz/ScriptEZ Wireless marks the
third agreement ComTech has signed this year. The company is planning
a conference call to announce 2nd quarter numbers within the next 2
weeks, at that time the company will also update the status of the
pending acquisitions of www.independenceworld.com, www.drynight.com,
and Gold Cross Medical Inc. In addition to the proposed acquisition of
www.musicstack.com and Upload Technology from Dave Stack.
