Tim:

I've been tracking the volume in both COMS and PALM since 7/27 to see what kind of turnover we're getting. If you count the 60 million shares of COMS turned over on 7/27, it's even more. There are a lot of investors and funds (like Janus) who bought into COMS to get PALM and who will be unloading COMS. 100 million shares of COMSV were traded which presumably reflects some of that unloading.

On the other side, we have the investors and funds who see the "value" in COMS at these low prices who are soaking up the selling. COMS will break out at some point one way or the other when either the buyers or sellers start drying up, and the upward bias in COMS since 7/27 would suggest that the sellers will dry up first.

JMO as usual.
